Yogaleza summer retreat for women of color

Held in Tyresö, Stockholm from June 25th - 29th 2025

This unique experience will allow you to reconnect with yourself, nature and other like-minded souls. We will stay in beautiful surroundings a stone’s throw from Tyresta, a Swedish nature reserve filled with tree groves, wild blueberries, and dreamy lakes.

Our retreat invites you to explore the deeper essence of yoga, beyond the physical postures. It’s a journey of reconnecting with nature, the elements, and your creative spirit. An exploration of presence, rest, connection and inner safety. We’ll explore topics that may encourage you to reflect more deeply on your self-awareness, self-love, acceptance, personal accountability, intentions, and purpose.

To rest and to listen to your body is the most powerful practice to become more aware and your most aligned self, and in return be more loving and compassionate to others.

We offer an experience that includes vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, guided meditations, sound baths, hike, lake swimming, sharing circles, journaling, creative clay workshop, sauna, delicious food and of course lots of fun!

What To expect?

  • Intimate community capped at 12 participants

  • 5 days & 4 nights in a beautifully designed villa

  • Vegetarian brunch, afternoon snack & dinner prepared by our in-house chef

  • Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, guided meditations & breathwork

  • Sound journey’s & collective rest

  • Sharing circles, exploration of self-awareness, self-love, community, manifestation & journaling

  • Creative clay workshop

  • Free time for personal integration, hikes, sauna, and jumping into the lake — the nature reserve is just around the corner.

“Yogaleza is such a special retreat. You can just tell it was put together with so much love and intention. It's not just yoga, breathwork, or rest. It's more profound — an exploration of how we as womxn of color can purposefully navigate the world around us within the safety of a community.

The food was delicious, the venue is stunning. And the cherry on top was the gorgeous weather we were gifted. What a wonderful place to hold space for your inner child with the guidance of amazing teachers such as Daniella, Weini, and Hanieh.”
