Each person contributes to the atmosphere, and while we understand that not everything will always be positive, we ask that everyone approach the space with respect and mindfulness. Terms & Conditions / GDPR / Cancellation Policy * Your spot is secured once you receive a confirmation from us and pay a booking fee of SEK 3000 via invoice within 3 days. You will lose your reservation if the booking fee is not paid in time. The remaining amount is invoiced and paid no later than May 31, 2025. Your booking will be cancelled if the remaining amount is not paid in due time. ***Please note that the total amount is invoiced if a reservation is made after April 30 2025. Yogaleza complies with the Distance Contracts Act when purchasing services online. Provided that the service/retreat has not started, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for services during the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the time of the first purchase, from the booking fee until the remaining amount. The customer who is a private individual has the right to notify Yogaleza in writing if they have regretted their purchase during the withdrawal period. *Please note that the booking is binding and no refund is made after the withdrawal period (14 days after the first purchase). **Please note that the Distance Contracts Act is not applied if your purchase is made 30 days before the retreat. All cancellation is always made in writing to yogaleza@gmail.com according to the conditions above. ***The customer is refunded the entire amount in the event of a cancelled retreat. ***No refunds for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Any concerns should be e-mailed and we will get back to you after 5 business day's. We reserve the right to change the schedule and activities if necessary. All yoga practice and physical activity is done at your own risk and according to your own ability. Yogaleza is not responsible for any damages or lost valuables. We need information from you to create a safe and nice an experience as possible. Yogaleza values your trust and will not share your any data in this booking form. Your data will be handled in accordance with the GDPR. We will be photographing and sharing videos for marketing purposes during the retreat. Please let us know if you would like to remove your hijab, we will make sure not to share pictures of you.
