A 4-week Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga course guided by Daniella
This course aims to balance both body and mind through pranayama (breathwork), dynamic flows followed by relaxing restorative asanas (postures) and meditation.
We focus on looking inwards throughout the course, making space for softness, gratitude, physical and mental well-being. You can also expect carefully curated music – including jazz, neo soul and meditational sounds created for your experience on the mat. The course is for anyone who is curious to incorporate more mindfulness and community in their life.
