This course aims to balance both body and mind through pranayama (breathwork), dynamic flows followed by relaxing restorative asanas (postures) and meditation. Some sessions will also include sound healing with crystal singing bowls.
We focus on looking inwards throughout the course, making space for softness, gratitude, physical and mental well-being. You can also expect carefully curated music – including jazz, neo soul and meditational sounds created for your experience on the mat. The course is for anyone who is curious to incorporate more mindfulness and community in their life.
Open to beginners and experienced practitioners. All genders and ethnicities are welcome.
The course starts Jan 11th, 2024 and meets every Thursday. Please note that we don't have class 25/1.
