EVENTS

Sometimes we do pop-up events like rooftop yoga in the city center, group hikes & yoga in the forest, kayaking, breathwork, and meditational sound baths. We love exploring new, fun ways to be in good health, nature and in community.

COURSES

We offer different courses that include vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, sound baths, meditation, breathwork & journaling. Our courses and classes are for anyone who is curious to incorporate more mindfulness and community in their daily life.

ReTREATS

Our retreats are mindfully curated to create a space for you to recharge, reflect, deep dive into movement, expand your community — and of course have lots of fun! We offer retreats of different lengths in stunning natural locations across Sweden.
